Shipping and Returns

A standard delivery cost of £5 will be charged for postage and packaging on the first item. Additional items will then be charged according to value, quantity, or weight. This applies to all customers within the UK, including Northern Ireland.

Delivery to Areas Outside the UK

Europe £30 - Official Quote Will Be Supplied at Time of Order

USA £40 - Official Quote Will Be Supplied at Time of Order

Nigeria / Lagos £50 - This Will Be Sent by BKB

Nigeria / Port Harcourt etc. £60

Delivery Schedule

All UK deliveries are made by two-day carrier. E.g. First-Class Post, TNT™, Parcel Force™, ANC™. and UPS™. We aim to dispatch all goods within 2-5 working days. In most cases, goods are dispatched within a few working days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Customer Care and Feedback

We are committed to great customer service and want you to enjoy our quality products. Occasionally, we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped. If we have made a mistake, please accept our apologies. If you think we could do a better job of describing the item, please let us know via the contact form!

Returns Procedure

You can cancel undelivered orders up to the day before dispatch (the day of dispatch is taken to be the day we send you an email to confirm dispatch). After that, please follow the returns guidance. When you return an item to bubbles 4 hats, it is important to us that you return it unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached and the item returned is protected on its journey back with the packaging we used to send it to you.

Note: Please take your parcel to the nearest Post Office™ – unfortunately we cannot accept liability for items lost on their way to us, so we recommend you send your parcel recorded delivery as posting is not proof of receipt.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange any item if it has been used unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect.

You Can

Return items within 14 days of dispatch for refund or exchange.

You can return any item back to us within 14 days of us shipping it to you – no quibbles! This applies to returns for refund or exchange. For that please include the delivery note with the returned goods. The refund is conditional on both. This includes faulty goods.

We Will

Refund your payment once we have given the returned items a once-over visual check, but no later than 28 days after receipt at our customer returns centre – providing they pass the checks! Please note the exclusions. Refunds will be issued immediately but may take up to 30 days to process.

If you return an item which is to be exchanged for a different model, colour, or size, we will process your exchange free of charge and send it to you. The first exchange per order is free to the UK or Northern Ireland. For any subsequent exchange, we will charge you the cost of shipment detailed under delivery charges as applicable to your location.


We are unable to refund used items - such items are not resalable not least because of hygiene concerns. We classify items as used if the original hang tags are removed as well as any signs of being used.

Important Note

We do need some information from you before you reseal your parcel. Please complete the returns form that was packed with your delivery and send it to us completed together with the items to be returned. By completing all of the contact details section, it makes it easier to get in touch with you if we have any questions. Our aim is that you cannot go wrong buying from bubbles 4 hats. If you think we can do something better, we would like to hear from you - we like your feedback.

Tax Charges

As we are a fairly small, family-run business we do not charge VAT.

Items Damaged in Transit

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
